Has anyone tried a performance chip ?

I put a Malone tune on my little VW turbo diesel and really woke that little devil up, but I haven't found any good information on chips or tunes for the Volvo T-5 engine. Has anyone tried a chip or a tune ? My guess is that like other mass produced engines the T-5 has additional potential that was detuned to meet various requirements. We love our Volvo, but additional power is always good.

NIck, that looks good, but it's a bit out of my driving range. I wish there was something similar here in the USA

I'm not willing to try something based on advertising. I'd want to hear from someone who tried it and felt that it was worth the asking price.
