- What I Drive
- 2023 Volvo XC40 Mild Hybrid B5
Hello All,
I drive a brand new (when I bought it...) 2023 Volvo XC40 Mild Hybrid B5.
I preformed the OTA software update for the version 3.1.9, last night.
According to the release notes this included an update to the infotainment system.
Now today, after the update, I noticed a LOT of issues with infotainment system, like:
- Slow startup of system after starting car;
- Slow login into the account;
- VERY slow starting of the Google maps app and long time before able to add any searches;
- Delayed changing to different app after swiping the menu.
- Etc., etc.
My question is whether other people have done the update already and do any people that have updated, experience the same issues, with the overall system?
Even the maps and info in the gauge cluster area is slow as well.
All compared to the day before I updated! It really is frustratingly slow!
Let me know of others heave the same and if any solutions have been found yet.
Thanks in advance.
